PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

Individual person – entrepreneur Koreneva Nataliia Petrivna to provide the operating and functioning of Ampli Teen Accelerator (hereinafter referred to as Ampli) takes responsibility on personal data security of every person submitting this application and transferring personal data to Ampli hereunder (data or information of a private person which is a subject to identification or identified) and shall protect confidentiality of this information.

 

Subject of personal data

A user is a private person whose personal data is processed. A user, as a legal representative of an under-age child, transfers personal data of the child / children to the Ampli.

 

Purpose of using personal data

Purpose of using user’s personal data is the identification of the subject of personal data as a potential partner which is used to provide the operating and functioning of Ampli Teen Accelerator, exchange of information/news between the parties, for conclusion of the Agreement and advertising relations with Ampli.

 

Collecting and using personal data

By filling in an application form a user agrees for processing of personal data and transferring personal data on himself/herself and his/her child to Ampli including:

User personal data: surname, given name, patronymic, passport details, information of registered or actual place of residence, telephone numbers, e-mail and other information due to the purpose of using personal data.

Child personal data: surname, given name, patronymic, age, gender, information of registered or actual place of residence, telephone numbers, e-mail and other information due to the purpose of using personal data.

Ampli can also process the following user data: cookie files, IP-addresses

 

Processing and storing personal data

Data is processed and stored at the address: Ukraine, Kyiv, 6 Rudenko Street, apt. 63.

 

Terms of data storage

Personal data are stored for not more than it is necessary due to the purpose of its processing but in any case no longer that for three years from the moment of filling in the application form.

 

Ampli cooperation with the third parties on personal data

Ampli does not transfer personal data to the third parties except when such transfer is required by the law of Ukraine.

 

Personal Data Security

Ampli uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational information and personal data security against loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.

Determination of personal data without consent of a subject of personal data or a person authorized by him is allowed in cases provided by law and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.

 

Rights of a subject of personal data

Ampli informs the user on his rights as a subject of personal data, which is regulated by the law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Security’, namely:

1) to know about sources of collection and location of personal data, purpose of its processing, location or place of residence (stay) of personal data controller or owner or give assignment on receiving such information to authorized people except in cases provided by law;

2) receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular information about the third parties to which his/her personal data is transferred;

3) to access one’s personal data;

4) to receive an answer on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law;

5) to present a reasoned demand to personal data owner with an objection to the processing of his personal data;

6) to make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of one’s personal data by any personal data controller or owner, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;

7) to protect one’s personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of data, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or discredits honour, dignity and business reputation of a private person;

8) to appeal to the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court with complaints about the processing of personal data;

9) to apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data security;

10) to enter a reservation regarding the limitation of the right to process one’s personal data when giving consent;

11) to withdraw consent to personal data processing;

12) to know the mechanism of automatic personal data processing;

13) for protection from an automated decision with legal consequences.

 

Change of Policy

This Policy can be periodically changed and amended without prior notification including due to changes in legislation of Ukraine
