Ampli — educational teen accelerator. We bring together teenagers and experts from IT, design, and business. Two levels of complexity and entrepreneurial module allow starting working with real projects and customers still in the educational process, practicing to pass interviews to a company, and learning how to start own business. We find internships and/or first jobs for Ampli graduates with our partner companies in IT, design, etc.

I developed a template design for brand newspaper where the customer could insert participants’ photos. One of the latest customers was the company of Insomnia, “rooms of fear.” Also, recently I designed a cover for Tatiana Lisova’s book “Together to health and beauty.”
— What skills did you need?
— Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop skills were needed the most. Another essential thing was the ability to communicate with customers, especially when it was necessary to explain what exactly was done and the necessity of certain design decisions. It is essential to know how the printing house works to prepare design in a proper way and to explain the customer how to work with the printing😎
— How did you get your first job?
— Soon after studying in Ampli at Web design, I found my first job and started working at the Kyiv cryptocurrency company. There I was engaged in creative work, advertising and rebranding.
— What company do you work at now?
After that, I worked as UX/UI designer at a German startup for sports food. And now, I develop UX/UI design for golf site.
— What skills did you need?
— Soft skills I needed the most, although at first, I did not understand their importance. Advantageous was the ability to communicate with people.
— How did Ampli help you to get the first job?
— Ampli has given me solid knowledge and a base for the beginning of my career. The contests within the educational process were also significant; they allowed competition with the group mates.
—I was employed by SunScript at the age of 19. It was thanks to Ampli soft skills mentor, who was at the final project pitch. It turned out that I impressed the experts with my project. Therefore, SunScript offered me a design position at SunScript. First, I came to the Trainee position, and in 3 months, I had grown up to the Junior.
The same mentor recommended me to the “Israel IT” company.
— How did Ampli help you get a job?
— Developed soft skills helped a lot. I learned to communicate with customers and developers and gained professional knowledge from scratch.
